Did Robin Hood get his Crusade cash from Travelcash?
Legend has it that Robin Hood joined the Third Crusade in the Middle East. And local folklore says that before departing, the great man used our click & collect service to order his Travel Money from Travelcash. When we heard about this, we delved into the archives, and looked back at our records from the 14th century. And guess what? When we examined the records, we were quite astounded. Sadly, we can't say what we found because GDPR legislation won't allow us to. But, what we can tell you is that our esteemed friend would have got the best deal on his travel money if he had popped into his local Travelcash Bureau de Change. And with five locations in Nottingham, it would have been very convenient for him to collect, or even ask Maid Marion to drop by and collect it!

How quickly can I collect my order?
If you place a click & collect travel m money order before mid-day on a weekday, you can usually collect it the next working day in the afternoon, and sooner if it is a currency that is in stock. You'll get an SMS once your order is ready to collect.
When do I pay?
You pay when you collect your travel money order. If your order is for a large value or a currency that isn't normally held in stock, your selected bureau may contact you and ask for a small deposit in advance.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your travel money with a personal debit card, cash, or bank transfer. Because we keep our exchange rates so keen, we are unable to accept commercial cards or credit cards.
What documents will I need?
When you collect your travel money order, you'll usually need to show some ID. This can be a driver's licence or passport. If any other documents are required, (for example, high value transactions) your selected bureau will let you know in advance.
