Where to find us

We are located inside Regenerate, the ever-popular bargain store in Eign Gate in Hereford. Parking is nearby in West Street, though many of our customers pop in after a visit to Tesco, where parking is free!

 

Click & Collect - It's as easy as 1,2,3!

  1. Select the currency you want to purchase from the drop-down list, and use the calculator to decide how much you want.
  2. Follow the simple prompts to place your pre-order and submit your contact details.
  3. Wait for an SMS to confirm that your order is ready to collect. It's that easy! 

Major currencies like Euros, Dollars, and Turkish Lira are usually ready to collect on the same day. However, more exotic currencies may have to be specially ordered, so we'll let you know when they'll be ready, which can often be as soon as the next working day. 

 

We also buy foreign notes:

If you have some old banknotes lurking at the back of a drawer, bring them in. And if you were lucky enough to have underspent on your last foreign trip, lucky you! Bring those banknotes in, and we'll turn them into £ Sterling at a great rate for you.

Did you know?

Hereford is close to the birthplace of Edward Elgar, the great composer. We've checked our records to see if we ever sold him travel money at our Bureau de Change. But, of course, if we had sold the great man his Euros,  GDPR legislation would prevent us from telling you anyway, so you'll never know if he did or didn't buy his Travel Money from us! If you place an order before mid-day on a weekday, you can usually collect it the next working day in the afternoon, and sooner if it is a currency that is in stock. You’ll get an SMS once your order is ready to collect.

You pay when you collect your order. If your order is for a large value or a currency that isn’t normally held in stock, your selected bureau may contact you and ask for a small deposit in advance.

You can pay with a personal debit card, cash, or bank transfer. Because we keep our prices so keen, we are unable to accept commercial cards or credit cards.

When you collect your order, you’ll usually need to show some ID. This can be a driver’s licence or passport. If any other documents are required, (for example, high value transactions) your selected bureau will let you know in advance.
